Account Manager (Construction/Heavy Equipment)
Drive growth for DOZR, our construction equipment rental marketplace. You'll manage relationships with rental companies and contractors, helping them grow their business through our platform.

- Manage and grow relationships with key rental company partners
- Drive adoption and usage of the DOZR platform
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within accounts
- Collaborate with product team to relay customer feedback
- Develop account strategies to maximize partner success
- Track and report on account health and growth metrics
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of account management or sales experience
- Experience in construction, equipment rental, or B2B marketplaces
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proven track record of growing accounts and hitting targets
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
