Account Manager (Construction/Heavy Equipment)

Drive growth for DOZR, our construction equipment rental marketplace. You'll manage relationships with rental companies and contractors, helping them grow their business through our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow relationships with key rental company partners
  • Drive adoption and usage of the DOZR platform
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within accounts
  • Collaborate with product team to relay customer feedback
  • Develop account strategies to maximize partner success
  • Track and report on account health and growth metrics

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of account management or sales experience
  • Experience in construction, equipment rental, or B2B marketplaces
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and hitting targets
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
