Finance Manager
Help build the financial infrastructure for a rapidly growing holding company. You'll work directly with leadership on reporting, consolidation, and supporting our M&A strategy as we scale from $75M to $250M in revenue.

- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage multi-entity consolidation across Canada, US, UK, and EU
- Build and maintain financial models and forecasts
- Support M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration
- Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury operations
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of finance experience (accounting + FP&A)
- Experience with multi-entity, high-growth businesses
- Strong understanding of Canadian and US accounting standards
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience with M&A due diligence and integration
- CPA designation preferred
Nice to Have
- E-commerce or marketplace experience
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Background in private equity or venture-backed companies
