What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of operations or management experience
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with e-commerce or marketplace operations preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
