VIP Account Manager (Luxury Fashion)
Manage relationships with high-value customers in the Middle East at Italist, our luxury Italian fashion marketplace. You'll provide white-glove service to VIP clients across Dubai and Doha.

- Manage a portfolio of high-value VIP customers in the Middle East
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations
- Handle escalated customer issues with white-glove service
- Drive repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with marketing on VIP campaigns and events
- Build relationships with key clients in the region
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of luxury retail or customer success experience
- Deep knowledge of luxury fashion brands and trends
- Experience with Middle Eastern luxury market preferred
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic a plus
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
