VIP Account Manager (Luxury Fashion)
Manage relationships with high-value customers in the UK at Italist, our luxury Italian fashion marketplace. You'll provide white-glove service to VIP clients, driving retention and lifetime value.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of luxury retail or customer success experience
- Deep knowledge of luxury fashion brands and trends
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with high-net-worth or VIP customer segments
- Strong attention to detail and service orientation
- Based in the UK
